A United Airlines jet traveling from Miami to New Jersey was compelled to make an unscheduled landing in Orlando, Florida, this week after a passenger became aggressive and disruptive, according to the airline.

Footage broadcast by WSVN-TV depicts a confrontation between a woman and a flight attendant in the cabin. The video shows the passenger placing her face on the flight attendant's shoulder during the tussle, subsequently pulling away with a piece of his shirt in her mouth.

United stated, “Our flight attendants worked to de-escalate the situation and protect other customers, and upon landing in Orlando, law enforcement met the flight, and the passenger was removed.”
