Signature Global to Launch Rs 13,000 Crore Housing Projects in Gurugram, Manesar, and Sohna

Real estate giant Signature Global is set to launch multiple housing projects with a revenue potential of approximately Rs 13,000 crore by March next year, aiming to capitalize on the robust market demand. The firm, headquartered in Gurugram, has already initiated a Rs 3,000 crore housing project in the first quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year.

'We have a strong launch pipeline for the remaining three quarters,' said Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal. 'These upcoming projects in Gurugram, Manesar, and Sohna will drive our expansion and revenue growth.'

Aggarwal highlighted the company's focus on timely project delivery, with an investment plan of Rs 2,500 crore for construction activities this fiscal year. The firm aims for sales bookings of Rs 10,000 crore for 2024-25, significantly up from Rs 7,270 crore the previous year.
