DBS Foundation Opens Applications for 2024 Grant to Empower Social Enterprises

DBS Foundation is inviting purpose-driven businesses across Asia to apply for its 2024 Grant, offering up to INR 1.5 CR in funding. Celebrating its tenth anniversary, the foundation aims to support social enterprises and SMEs focused on healthcare, education, shelter, and skill development. Applications are open until August 31, 2024.

DBS Foundation has announced the opening of applications for its 2024 Grant, aimed at supporting innovative, purpose-driven businesses addressing critical social challenges across Asia. The grant offers up to INR 1.5 CR (SGD 250,000) in funding, with the application window open until August 31, 2024.

Celebrating its tenth anniversary, DBS Foundation has awarded SGD 17 million in grants to 140 businesses for impact since 2014. This year, the focus is on entities providing healthcare, education, shelter, and equipping communities with necessary skills. Enterprises receiving the grant can also leverage the bank's resources for growth and mentorship.

Eligible social enterprises and SMEs must have at least two years of proven social impact, a scalable business model, and strong leadership. Applications received before August 31, 2024, will be considered for this year's cycle, while those after will be evaluated next year.
