Blue Dart Expands Pin Code Reach Enhancing SME Connectivity

Logistics operator Blue Dart has expanded its direct reach to over 300 pin codes, boosting connectivity. This move enhances supply efficiency, benefiting businesses and customers with improved transit times and reliability. Meanwhile, IHCL signed a greenfield resort project in Rajasthan, and IND Renewable Energy's net loss increased significantly.

Logistics operator Blue Dart announced a major expansion on Tuesday, increasing its direct reach to over 300 pin codes. The move aims to improve supply efficiency for businesses by facilitating faster, safer, and more cost-effective transportation.

Customers will benefit from shorter transit times, enhanced reliability, and wider network access. 'By expanding our direct reach, we empower SMEs and MSMEs to connect better and grow their business in both domestic and international markets,' said Balfour Manuel, Managing Director of Blue Dart.

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) also made strides, signing a 200-key greenfield resort under its Gateway brand in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. Meanwhile, IND Renewable Energy reported a standalone net loss increase to Rs 5.31 crore in the April-June quarter. Its expenses rose substantially to Rs 5.09 crore from Rs 1.16 crore a year earlier.
