Mphasis Announces New CFO Appointment

Mphasis has named Aravind Viswanathan as the new Chief Financial Officer, replacing Manish Dugar, who resigned. Dugar will assist with the transition until the end of the quarter. CEO Nitin Rakesh expressed gratitude for Dugar's contributions and welcomed Viswanathan to the role.

Mphasis has appointed Aravind Viswanathan as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with immediate effect, following the resignation of Manish Dugar, the IT company announced on Friday.

Manish Dugar will continue to provide transition support until the end of the current quarter.
