AVP Infracon Limited (NSE: AVPINFRA) has been awarded two substantial sub-contracts from M/S CDR & Co Constructions, sanctioned by the State Highways Department of Tamil Nadu. These contracts underline AVP's dedication to delivering high-value infrastructure projects.
The first project entails constructing a bypass to Bagalur town, stretching from Kothapalli to Jee Mangalam, and relocating utilities for NH 207 (New NH 648), valued at Rs 23.6 Cr, slated for completion within a year.
The second project focuses on widening and strengthening the Kallakurichi-Tiruvannamalai Road, converting it from two lanes to four. This includes constructing a central median, minor bridges, and CD works, valued at Rs 47.20 Cr, also expected to be completed within a year. AVP's Managing Director Prasanna Dhandayuthapani expressed pride in securing these contracts, highlighting the company's commitment to top-quality and cost-efficient project delivery. These initiatives are set to enhance regional connectivity and support national development goals.
