Realty firm Godrej Properties has secured two residential plots in Gurugram for Rs 515 crore, aiming to develop luxury homes worth Rs 3,400 crore.

In a regulatory filing on Monday, Godrej Properties announced that it has emerged as the highest bidder, securing the Letter of Intent to develop two group housing plots through an e-auction conducted by the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP). The plots measure 3.6 acres and 1.97 acres, located in the prestigious Golf Course Road micro-market and Sector 39, respectively.

These land parcels offer a development potential of over 1 million square feet with an estimated revenue potential of over Rs 3,400 crore. The company also won auctions for two land parcels in Greater Noida this quarter, strengthening its Delhi-NCR portfolio.
