Supreme Power Equipment Limited (SPEL) has announced securing a lucrative order worth Rs 26 crore from a solar energy company. This contractual win involves manufacturing, supplying, and installing multiple high-capacity transformers and a 110 KV switchyard - a critical high-voltage infrastructure component.
This project signifies a strategic shift for SPEL as it ventures into designing, constructing, and commissioning high-voltage switchyards, underscoring its engineering expertise and broadened capabilities in power infrastructure. Successfully fulfilling this order will elevate SPEL's credentials and open doors for future similar projects.
Chairman and Managing Director, Mr. Vee Rajmohan, highlighted the order as a significant milestone aligning with India's renewable energy goals.
