The company's recent regulatory filing revealed a stark increase from last year's Rs 325.60 crore during the same quarter, showcasing the continuing robust demand for residential properties.

This fiscal year, the firm sold 482 units, compared to 416 in the same period last year, with sales volume climbing to 7.30 lakh square feet from 5.92 lakh square feet. The company also noted its strong presence in the senior living segment.
