HR technology company Vantage Circle has announced the appointment of John Land as its Chief Advocacy Officer (CAO) for global markets. The Guwahati-based firm aims to expand its footprint in North America, leveraging Land's extensive experience in HR and employee recognition.
Land will spearhead efforts to elevate employee recognition programs, pushing the 'Flipping the R's - the recognition first strategy' to shift organizational focus away from transactional incentives to culture-driven appreciation. Vantage Circle asserts this approach will redefine workplace acknowledgment across the globe.
Before joining Vantage Circle, John Land served as a partner at Mercer, working globally to drive HR digitization and talent strategies. His expertise is expected to strengthen Vantage Circle's mission of fostering a recognition-based organizational culture, CEO and Co-Founder Partha Neog affirmed.
