Budget 2025-26: A Vision Towards Inclusive Development

The Union Budget 2025-26 has been described by BJP members as a strategic plan focused on inclusive development and uplifting the country's most underserved communities. At the heart of the budget is the vision to accelerate growth, enhance the middle class's spending power, and boost private sector investments.

Bhubaneswar Kalita, a BJP Rajya Sabha member, highlighted the government's focus on philosophies like 'Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas', envisioning development reaching the last person in line and the remotest village. They assert that the budget is a roadmap towards 'Viksit Bharat', emphasizing zero poverty, quality education, comprehensive healthcare, skilled labor employment, and empowering farmers to turn India into a global food basket.

Opposition voices, however, critiqued the budget, claiming it neglects states like Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu, and Odisha, and favors the affluent over minorities and farmers. Despite these criticisms, BJP members assert that the budget benefits all societal segments and reflects the progress achieved under PM Modi's leadership in the last decade.
