Honda Achieves 2-Crore Milestone in Southern India

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has surpassed sales of two crore units in Southern India. The company achieved the first crore sales in 17 years and the second in just seven years. To celebrate, Honda offers buyers zero processing fees and documentation charges on Activa models.

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India announced on Tuesday that it has exceeded the two-crore sales mark in the southern region of the country. This accomplishment underscores the brand's growing popularity and trust among consumers in this part of India.

The company reached its first crore in sales over a span of 17 years, while the second crore came remarkably faster, in just seven years. The sales figures account for motorcycles and scooters sold across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Puducherry, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

To celebrate this milestone, Honda has introduced special offers on its popular scooter models, Activa and Activa 125, by waiving processing fees and documentation charges for a limited time. 'This achievement highlights the strong bond we share with our riders,' said Yogesh Mathur, Director of Sales and Marketing for Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India.
