KSRTC Launches 2,000 Extra Buses for Festive Rush
The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) announced the operation of 2,000 additional buses to accommodate the public during Ugadi and Eid al-Fitr. These buses will provide service from March 28 to 31 between Bengaluru and various locations within and outside Karnataka, with the option for advance ticket reservation.

The Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has announced it will deploy an additional 2,000 buses to handle the anticipated surge in passengers during the upcoming Ugadi and Eid al-Fitr celebrations. The initiative aims to ensure seamless travel for passengers between March 28 and 31.
These special buses will serve various routes, including key intrastate and interstate destinations such as Dharmasthala, Mangaluru, Mysuru, Madurai, and Chennai. The buses will depart from major Bengaluru transport hubs like Kempegowda Bus Station and Shanthinagar TTMC.
In addition to facilitating smooth passenger movement, the KSRTC has provided facilities for travelers to book computerised reservation tickets in advance, ensuring a hassle-free travel experience during the bustling festive period.
