Mahindra Holidays Completes Finnish Acquisition

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd's Finland-based unit, Holiday Club Resorts Oy, has acquired Keskinainen kiinteisto Oy Salla Star for approximately Rs 2.35 crore. This move finalizes a share purchase agreement executed to secure a 100% stake in the Finnish real estate company, as per a July 3, 2025 filing.

On Thursday, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd announced that its Finland-based subsidiary, Holiday Club Resorts Oy, has successfully acquired a full stake in Keskinainen kiinteisto Oy Salla Star for nearly Rs 2.35 crore.

Holiday Club Resorts Oy has completed a share purchase agreement with Keskinainen kiinteisto Oy Salla Star's shareholders, effective July 3, 2025, solidifying its ownership under Mahindra Holidays.

The Finnish mutual real estate company, focused on land plot management, is now fully under Holiday Club Resorts Oy, marking the culmination of a leasing deal initiated in 2012.
