Goa CM Urges Reinstatement of Crucial Goa-Gatwick Flight Route

Chief Minister of Goa, Pramod Sawant, has made an appeal to the Union Civil Aviation Minister, Rammohan Naidu Kinjarapu, regarding the resumption of Air India's Goa-Gatwick flight, which has been suspended since June 2025.
The suspension followed a tragic aviation accident where an Air India flight destined for London Gatwick crashed shortly after take-off from Ahmedabad, claiming 260 lives.
Sawant highlighted the disruption caused to numerous Goans, who travel for employment, emphasizing the need for the flight's reinstatement, a plea supported by Calangute MLA Michael Lobo.
