Fusion CX, a prominent provider of customer experience services, unveiled an ambitious expansion in the Philippines with the inauguration of two new sites in Manila and Legazpi City, housing over 1,000 delivery seats.
The Kolkata-based company invested between USD 4.5 to 5 million in the establishment of these centers, marking a significant commitment to the region.
As part of its long-term strategy, Fusion CX, which recently submitted a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI intending to raise Rs 1,000 crore through an IPO, has amplified its delivery capabilities significantly with these new facilities, further solidifying its operational presence.
