Baby products brand R for Rabbit announced a successful Series B funding round on Tuesday, securing USD 27 million through a combination of primary and secondary transactions. The funding round was led by Filter Capital with co-leadership from 3one4 Capital, facilitating a lucrative exit for initial investor Xponentia Capital.
The newly acquired capital aims to turbocharge R for Rabbit's growth ambitions, scale their omnichannel distribution, drive product innovations, and expand their digital initiatives. These efforts are geared towards reinforcing the brand's leading position in the flourishing premium baby care market.
India's baby care sector is experiencing a significant growth trajectory, according to R for Rabbit founder and CEO Kunal Popat.
