Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has made its debut in Nagaland with the signing of a new greenfield 90-key Ginger hotel in Dimapur. This strategic move is aimed at catering to the increasing travel demand and infrastructure development in the region.
IHCL Executive Vice President, Real Estate and Development, Suma Venkatesh, expressed optimism about the project, citing Dimapur's role as a vital economic and cultural hub in Nagaland. The new hotel aligns perfectly with the company's expansion objectives in India's northeastern territories.
Partnering with T K Enterprises, IHCL now boasts 19 hotels across the Northeast, including 10 currently under development, marking a significant milestone in their growth strategy.
