Witness accounts describe the vehicle zigzagging before striking a road divider and swerving toward the bus stop, hitting Rohit Singh, Kapil Tamta, and Lalit Mohan Bawari. The impact fatally injured Rohit, while Kapil remains hospitalized in critical condition. The driver, identified as Shivam, was later apprehended by police.

Shivam was reportedly returning from a reception with family in the car. Police have confirmed no alcohol was initially detected, but further investigations are ongoing. Legal proceedings under relevant laws have commenced as authorities delve deeper into the cause of the crash.
