TCS maintains position of top employer in UK for 2nd consecutive year

Tata Consultancy Services has been ranked as Britain's number one employer for the second consecutive year by Top Employer Institute. The certification recognises TCS' employee-friendly workplace practices and continued investments in building up local talent in the UK through professional development initiatives and digital skills programmes. A variety of initiatives like Rising Stars, Emerging Leaders and Leadership Exchange facilitate personal and professional development at every level in the organisation.
