Smartworld's Major Milestone: Expanding Horizons in Noida Realty Arena
Smartworld Developers is set to expand its reach beyond Gurugram by investing Rs 2,000 crore in its first Noida project. The company has acquired land in Sector 98 for a mixed-use development designed to capitalize on Noida's robust infrastructure and strategic market position within the Delhi-NCR region.

Real estate firm Smartworld Developers is making a significant foray into the Noida property market, marking its first project in the region with an investment of approximately Rs 2,000 crore. The expansion is part of the company's strategic plan to grow beyond its stronghold in Gurugram.
The Noida project will span a 6-acre plot of land in Sector 98, secured for Rs 414 crore through an auction. The development will feature premium branded residences, high-street retail, and serviced homes, aiming to leverage Noida's burgeoning infrastructure and prominence as a real estate hub.
Smartworld Developers, which achieved Rs 6,400 crore in sales bookings last year, shows an impressive growth trajectory. With 6.5 million square feet already delivered and a further 20 million square feet under construction, the company's expansion into Noida is poised to strengthen its presence in the NCR. Meanwhile, Noida's housing market continues to show promise despite recent fluctuations in sales.
