Real estate firm Smartworld Developers is making a significant foray into the Noida property market, marking its first project in the region with an investment of approximately Rs 2,000 crore. The expansion is part of the company's strategic plan to grow beyond its stronghold in Gurugram.
The Noida project will span a 6-acre plot of land in Sector 98, secured for Rs 414 crore through an auction. The development will feature premium branded residences, high-street retail, and serviced homes, aiming to leverage Noida's burgeoning infrastructure and prominence as a real estate hub.
Smartworld Developers, which achieved Rs 6,400 crore in sales bookings last year, shows an impressive growth trajectory. With 6.5 million square feet already delivered and a further 20 million square feet under construction, the company's expansion into Noida is poised to strengthen its presence in the NCR. Meanwhile, Noida's housing market continues to show promise despite recent fluctuations in sales.
