A Krabi-bound IndiGo flight from Mumbai was delayed for more than three hours, causing tensions between crew members and passengers. According to the airline, multiple factors contributed to the delay.
During the extended wait time, two passengers acted inappropriately and were deemed unruly by the airline. Meanwhile, frustrated passengers criticized the lack of communication.
The incident follows significant disruptions last month when IndiGo flights were frequently canceled, leaving many passengers stranded. Flight 6E 1085 eventually departed at 7.45 am, a delay from its scheduled 4.05 am departure.
