Knowledge Realty Trust: Strong Growth and Impressive Distributions in Q3 FY26

The company has shown continued leasing momentum, expanding its portfolio to 46.4 million square feet across six cities and doubling its unitholder base since listing.

Knowledge Realty Trust, backed by sponsors Sattva Group and Blackstone, announced a substantial Rs 695.3 crore distribution to its unitholders for the quarter ending December, reflecting a robust performance.
According to a regulatory disclosure, the board approved a distribution of Rs 695.31 crore or Rs 1.568 per unit, primarily through dividends, interest, and debt repayment. The company's Net Operating Income saw a 19% growth annually to Rs 1,040.7 crore, with revenue increasing by 21% to reach Rs 1,178.7 crore.
Chief Executive Officer Shirish Godbole commented on the company's achievements, highlighting the strong operating performance and broadening investor participation, which has doubled since the last IPO. Chief Operating Officer Quaiser Parvez noted the sustained leasing activity led by notable tenants, contributing to a 21% YoY revenue growth and cumulative leasing of 2.4 million square feet.
