Anupam Rasayan India has announced a 12% increase in consolidated net profit, bringing the figure to Rs 61 crore for the third quarter of fiscal 2025-26, fueled by a surge in sales.
The company's revenue climbed 31.35% to Rs 512.44 crore during the October-December quarter, up from Rs 390.14 crore in the same period the previous year. Expenses for the quarter also rose, reaching Rs 454.59 crore compared to Rs 327 crore a year ago.
Managing Director Anand Desai highlighted a strategic milestone with the acquisition of Jayhawk Fine Chemicals Corporation in the U.S., reinforcing the company's capabilities in custom synthesis and expanding its market reach in North America.
