South Delhi's luxury residential colonies have seen remarkable price surges, with an annual increase ranging from 22% to 34% for independent luxury floors, according to a recent report.

The Golden Growth Fund, specializing in real estate investments, highlighted that Category-A colonies such as Chanakyapuri and Vasant Vihar experienced prices climbing from Rs 10-19 crore in 2024 to Rs 14-25 crore in 2025 for a 2,500-sq ft floor.

Meanwhile, Category-B colonies like Defence Colony and Greater Kailash have experienced a similar upward trend, with prices rising by 22-26%. These developments underscore the persistent demand-supply imbalance shaping South Delhi's real estate market.
