China's Swift Repatriation from the Middle East: A Diplomatic Flight Path

China has repatriated over 10,000 citizens stranded in the Middle East due to regional conflict and subsequent airspace closures. The Chinese foreign ministry, in collaboration with domestic airlines, increased flight capacities to facilitate the return of nationals from countries such as UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia.

In a remarkable diplomatic effort, Chinese authorities have successfully repatriated over 10,000 nationals stranded in the Middle East. This swift action followed regional tensions that disrupted airspace and grounded commercial flights.

According to Guo Jiakun, spokesperson for China's foreign ministry, efforts to bring citizens home included increased flight capacities orchestrated by China's civil aviation administration. Major airlines such as Air China and China Southern Airlines resumed services to Gulf locations like Riyadh and Dubai.

The conflict, triggered by U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran, prompted China to condemn the aggressions and call for ceasefire negotiations. An envoy has been sent to the region to mediate, showcasing China's active role in seeking a resolution.
