Asgard Alcobev, previously known as Banganga Paper Industries, is set to brew the iconic Golden Eagle Beer in Northeast India through a strategic agreement with Mohan Meakins and Brews & Bliss LLP.
Using its Shillong-based subsidiary, CMJ Breweries, the arrangement promises economic advantages for consumers and shareholders, effective April 1, 2026, with production at Byrnihat, Meghalaya.
