Tragic Expressway Crash: One Dead, Dozens Injured in Uttar Pradesh
A tragic accident occurred on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway when a bus crashed into a divider, leading to the death of a female passenger and injuring 37 others. The crash was potentially caused by driver fatigue. Fortunately, rescue operations ensued promptly, with critical patients transferred to a district hospital.

Tragedy struck the Agra-Lucknow Expressway as a bus carrying approximately 50 passengers collided with a divider and overturned, resulting in one fatality and 37 injuries. The accident took place near Nasirapur village in Uttar Pradesh's Unnao district.
According to police reports, the bus, which was heading towards Lucknow, veered out of control, possibly due to the driver feeling sleepy. The impact was so strong that the bus's engine detached and fell onto the road. Tragically, Taravati, a 55-year-old woman from Lucknow, died at the scene.
Emergency response teams, including police and UPEIDA officials, swiftly arrived to initiate relief and rescue efforts. The critically injured were transferred to the District Hospital, while local administration officials visited the hospital to check on the victims' conditions. The body of the deceased was sent for post-mortem examination.
