Southern Railway's Triumph in Speed and Service: A Milestone Year

With a historic introduction of 28 pairs of new trains, including the speedy KSR Bengaluru-Ernakulam Vande Bharat Express and Amrit Bharat Express, the railway bolstered long-distance and suburban connectivity across South India.

Expanding services through additional stoppages and enhanced train speeds, Southern Railway reported a leading punctuality rate of 93.22%, setting a benchmark among Indian Railways zones.
