Tragic Family Loss in Road Accident: A Community's Breaking Heart

A devastating road accident in Nawabganj claimed the lives of three family members, including a minor, when an out-of-control tanker collided with their motorcycle. The victims, en route to a wedding, included Man Singh, his wife Urmila, and their son Lavkush. The incident, under investigation, has left another son, Rajkumar, behind.

In a tragic incident on the Ayodhya-Gonda road, three members of a family lost their lives when an uncontrolled tanker crashed into their motorcycle on Sunday. The family was traveling to attend a wedding ceremony in Bahraich when the accident occurred, police reported.

Officers detailed that the victims, Man Singh, his wife Urmila, and their 13-year-old son Lavkush, were riding near Kanakpur village when a speeding tanker hit them from behind, causing them to fall and be fatally run over. Urmila and Lavkush died instantly, while Man Singh succumbed to his injuries at a health center.

The tanker driver fled the scene post-collision, abandoning the vehicle. Authorities are actively pursuing the driver, as legal actions are initiated. The deceased's family is left bereft, with only Rajkumar, their 16-year-old son, surviving.
