The Kataria Group of Companies has unveiled Kataria Estate, an ambitious urban development project designed to position Ratlam as a regional hub through strategic infrastructure enhancements. Company officials report this bold initiative will focus on a multifaceted infrastructure-first approach.

At the heart of this development is Kataria Express City, which will integrate transportation improvements alongside healthcare, education, and other essential services within a unified township. Planned enhancements include better road connectivity and a private helipad to facilitate easier access for business visitors and investors. The project will incorporate a hospital and designate areas for schools and higher-education facilities to foster local talent development. Sustainability will be prioritized through initiatives like an on-site Peacock Care Centre, a gaushala, and organic farming practices.

Founded in Ratlam in 1909, the Kataria Group is expanding its footprint beyond its jewelry roots into real estate, energy, and manufacturing. Overseeing the estate's development is Yash Kataria, whose international education informs his vision of blending global planning standards with local community needs. Officials describe Kataria Estate as an effort to draw investment, enhance living standards, and fuel sustainable economic growth within the region.
