Voy, a prominent name in the digital healthcare sector, has announced its strategic entry into the Indian market by fully acquiring EarlyFit, a renowned online weight loss platform. This acquisition represents a significant milestone for Voy as it extends its global reach to one of the most rapidly expanding healthcare markets in the world.

The London-headquartered company, known for its leadership in GLP-1 obesity care across the UK, Germany, and Brazil, plans to leverage its international clinical expertise to address the needs of around 150 million obese individuals in India. Leading the venture, Dr. Saptarshi Bhattacharya will collaborate with EarlyFit's founders to enhance obesity care with accessible semaglutide options and expand into broader health services.
