Spice Digital changes brand identity to DiGiSPICE * Spice Digital Wednesday said it has revamped its brand identity to DiGiSPICE, a move aimed at reflecting the company's readiness for a digital-led future and focus on new-age digital technologies.
As part of the re-branding, the company has merged all of its business units and international operations across geographies like the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, and Southeast Asia under the DiGiSPICE brand, a statement said. After the revamp, DiGiSPICE also aims to make greater headway into emerging cutting-edge domains such as blockchain, robotic process automation, big data, data analytics, and the internet of things, it added.

* NYSE-listed Conduent Incorporated Wednesday said it has set up a new office in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. "...the new office is one of the company's key business locations in India, aimed at delivering key innovations in technology, transportation, healthcare, public safety, human resources, process automation and operational excellence to its global clients," a statement said.
Conduent started operations in Visakhapatnam in March 2018 and since then, it has significantly expanded its footprint creating more than 1,500 jobs across its service delivery and operational teams, it added. * * * *
Subex bags 5-year multi-million-dollar contract with BTC * Telecom analytics solutions provider Subex Wednesday said it has signed a five-year, multi-million-dollar deal with Botswana Telecommunications Corporation Ltd (BTC).
As part of the deal, Subex will be implementing its integrated ROC Revenue Assurance and ROC Fraud Management Platform (iRAFM), along with its ROC Partner Settlement and ROC Route Optimization, a statement said. This deal also marks the continuation of Subex and BTC's long-standing partnership which dates back to 2010, it added.
BTC is a telecommunications services provider in Botswana offering fixed line, mobile services (voice, SMS, data) and fixed broadband. * * * *
* Parle Agro ropes in Varun Dhawan as brand ambassador Beverage maker Parle Agro Wednesday announced to rope in Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan as its new brand ambassador for flagship brand Frooti.
As part of a new 360-degree integrated communication by Frooti, Dhawan will be seen in a new fun-filled avatar with his real-life friend Alia Bhatt. It is for the first time that the brand communication will showcase two celebrities, it added.
