TMT bar maker Kamdhenu on Wednesday reported a 3 per cent rise in its net profit at Rs 6.08 crore for the June quarter. It had posted a net profit of Rs 5.92 crore during the same period a year ago.

Total income in the reported quarter fell to Rs 223.02 crore from Rs 399.83 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a BSE filing. Total expenses stood at Rs 213.04 crore as against Rs 390.58 crore a year ago.

Hi-Tech Pipes Q1 PAT at Rs 7 cr * Steel pipes maker Hi-Tech Pipes on Wednesday reported a 9 per cent growth in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 7.1 crore during the June 2019 quarter.

The company had posted a PAT of Rs 6.5 crore a year ago, it said in a statement. The company's net revenue during the period under review stood at Rs 324 crore as against Rs 381 crore in the year-ago period, it said.
