Volvo Car India asks all employees to work from home

Volvo Car India on Tuesdayannounced work from home as a safety measure for its employeeswith immediate effect, considering the number of Coronaviruscases have risen to over 100 in the past few days across thecountry

"Necessary IT infrastructure is in place to facilitatebusiness continuity, with scheduled meetings managed viaMicrosoft Teams/ Skype", the Swedish luxury car company saidin a statement

All domestic and international travel was suspended asearly as February, to limit the exposure of its employees tothe virus, the company said.
