Delhi University's Dyal Singh Evening College has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nam Can Tho University in Vietnam to promote academic and cultural exchange, according to an official statement released on Wednesday.

Formalized at the Indian Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City on August 26 during the Namaste Vietnam Festival, the agreement was signed by Dyal Singh Evening College Principal Bhawna Pandey and Vice Rector of Nam Can Tho University Tran Thi Thu. The collaboration aims to draw more Vietnamese students to Delhi University.

The MoU stipulates a focus on academics and research in economics, business, and information technology, and includes provisions for developing educational resources, curriculum, joint research initiatives, and technology transfer.
