In a first for Gujarat, two university students were caught using AI tools on smartwatches to cheat during an exam.
The incident took place at Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in Surat, where a supervisor noticed the suspicious behavior of the students.
After an investigation, both were found to be accessing live answers via an AI application on their smart devices, leading to a fine and new bans on electronic gadgets in exams.
