Global Conclave at IIT-Kharagpur: A Step Towards Sustainable Innovation

IIT-Kharagpur is set to host a global conclave, 'Parliament of Enlightened Thoughts', focusing on sustainable development. Senior officials, space scientists, and industry leaders will convene to discuss RISE—Research, Innovation, Skilling, and Entrepreneurship. The conclave, named 'Parliament of Enlightened Thoughts', is part of IIT-Kharagpur's platinum jubilee celebrations and focuses on RISE—Research, Innovation, Skilling, and Entrepreneurship. Organized in collaboration with The Boston Pledge, it aims to drive significant advancements in sustainable practices.

Eminent speakers, including ISRO chairman V Narayanan, retired IAS officer Vibhu Nayar, and NASA's Amitabha Ghosh, will address the gathering. Highlights include the signing of strategic agreements, the launch of sustainable start-ups, and the unveiling of a national-level youth entrepreneurship program.
