Tejashwi Yadav, RJD national working president, criticized the Indian government after the NEET-UG 2026 exam was canceled due to a paper leak, impacting 23 lakh students. The National Testing Agency's decision prompted a CBI inquiry into the irregularities.
Yadav accused the BJP government of lacking basic administrative skills necessary to conduct competitive exams without incidence. The frequent paper leaks, especially in Bihar, cast doubt on the government's commitment to the future of the nation's youth, he claimed.
Highlighting the logistical and emotional costs of rescheduling the exam, Yadav questioned the Prime Minister's understanding of the issue while accusing NDA leaders of misusing institutions against opposition parties.
