India Aids Nepal: New School in Achham to Enhance Education

The building of Basuki Secondary School is supported by a financial grant of NPR 38 million from the Indian government, under a high-impact community development project.

At the ceremony, Narayan Singh, the first secretary of the Indian Embassy in Nepal, and Jwala Singh Saud, the Chairman of Mellekh Rural Municipality, officially initiated the construction. The new infrastructure aims to significantly enhance the learning environment for students in Sudurpaschim Province, according to a press release from the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu.

Chairman Saud expressed his gratitude for India's continuous development support, emphasizing the positive impact this school building is expected to have on the local education system and community.
