TruMath- an App that will make students fall in love with math

Mathematics is considered one of the toughest subjects though it is one of the core subjects taught in school from grades I to X. To understand math it requires analytical and logical thinking and problem-solving skills which students can only learn through practice. Generally, the majority of students faces obstacles while studying math as learning mathematics is not fun for them.

To make maths easy and interactive Mr Sachin Gulati has founded TruMath- The app which aims to make Math learning a fun experience for school children was launched in 2016. It helps students to fight with maths fear in a new way.

With the help of internet and advanced technology, TruMath has replicated the best possible 'Offline Study Model' on the Online Platform in an easy and interactive way. The company is providing App-based education facility to students on Android platform with exponentially growing user base and will be available on IOS platform as well shortly.

How It Works

Under this model, students have to log in to online classes - either on the website or through the app - four to five days a week. Each class lasts around 50 minutes. It includes tutoring, tests, questions, and offers students the chance to have their doubts clarified, and get tutors' feedback. "The software that I have created enables an environment that is similar to a classroom," Sachin Gulati Founder, TruMath says.

During the online sessions, question paper-like modules pop up on the screen; the students are expected to complete these within a stipulated time. After this, the student goes back to the tutorials.TruMath's plan is to reach out to students who normally would not get access to the best teachers or content due to various reasons - it could be high fees, their location in Tier II or Tier III cities, or just lack of good teachers. "So many children want to go through the rigour of learning mathematics but are constrained due to various reasons. The company's model aims to break all these barriers," Sachin says.
