On Facebook, Turcan described this as an opportunity for international acknowledgment of Romania's cultural heritage, particularly the 'IE' blouse known for its intricate embroidery.

The call for credit is part of a larger campaign by the online community La Blouse Roumaine, which has long fought for appropriate recognition of traditional clothing by fashion houses.
