Helicopter Showers Flowers on Kanwariyas in Meerut

In Meerut, District Magistrate Deepak Meena and Senior Superintendent of Police Vipin Tada organized a unique event where flowers were showered on kanwariyas from a helicopter.
Significant landmarks, such as Meerut's historic Augharnath Temple and the Delhi-Dehradun National Highway, were adorned with floral showers, which brought immense joy to the kanwariyas. They expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and praised the arrangements along the kanwar route.
This initiative followed a similar event on Wednesday, where flowers were showered from a bulldozer in Meerut. The helicopter took off from the Police Line and showered flowers along the entire NH58 route, also conducting an aerial survey of the kanwar route.
