RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat Hoists Flag on 78th Independence Day

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat hoisted the national flag at the Sangh headquarters on the 78th Independence Day. The event, attended by many RSS volunteers, took place in the Mahal area with tight security. Another programme will be held at Dr Hedgewar Smarak Samiti with Dattatreya Hosabale as the chief guest.

RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat hoisted the national flag at the Sangh headquarters in Mahal to celebrate the 78th Independence Day on Thursday. The ceremony saw a large attendance of RSS volunteers and pracharaks amid tight security.

Another significant event for the occasion will be organized by the RSS at Dr Hedgewar Smarak Samiti in Reshimbagh area. The organization's general secretary, Dattatreya Hosabale, will serve as the chief guest for the programme.

In addition, evening activities include 'path sanchalan' (march past) conducted by RSS volunteers in different parts of the city.
