Shah Rukh Khan Shines at IIFA 2024: A Night to Remember

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan has returned to Mumbai after a triumphant stint at the IIFA Awards 2024, held in Abu Dhabi on September 29. Sporting a white T-shirt, denims, sunglasses, and a black cap, Khan cut a dapper figure as he made his way through the airport.

At the awards ceremony, Khan clinched the Best Actor trophy for his compelling performance in 'Jawan,' which also featured Deepika Padukone and Vijay Sethupathi. In a touching moment, he bowed to filmmaker Mani Ratnam and warmly embraced music maestro AR Rahman upon receiving his award.

This latest accolade follows his successful return to the silver screen with the action-packed film 'Pathaan' in January 2023, which shattered box office records. His subsequent release, 'Jawan,' further cemented his box office dominance, raking in over Rs 1000 crore globally and marking his first collaboration with director Atlee.

Khan also made headlines with his performance in 'Dunki,' released last December, a film directed by Rajkumar Hirani and featuring Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, and Boman Irani. At the IIFA gala, he kept audiences entertained, co-hosting with Vicky Kaushal and Karan Johar, and even getting them to dance to his hit song 'Jhoome Jo Pathaan.'

The three-day IIFA 2024 extravaganza began on September 27, celebrating southern Indian film industries, and will conclude with exclusive performances from artists like Honey Singh and Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.
