XCMG Apprentice Season 9 has wrapped up, celebrating the international spirit of employees from 17 countries. The event highlighted career development, unity, and innovation, coinciding with a sports meeting and industry insights. The ninth season of XCMG Apprentice and XCMG Global Excellent Employees Training Camp concluded triumphantly in Xuzhou, bringing together top employees from 17 countries.

Since its inception in 2016, the program has reached over 300 million people worldwide. This year, substantial upgrades emphasized cross-cultural career perspectives and global connections.

Key highlights included a lion dance performance, machinery demonstrations, and strategic discussions on XCMG's Intelligent, Digital, and Connected Transformation, all strengthening the unity of XCMG's international family.
