Kaye's background as a start-up to scale-up expert saw him play a crucial role in elevating Lenskart's valuation substantially and leading GAP India's launch as CEO. With over 25 years at key positions in top-tier brands like Tesco and Calvin Klein, he has built an impressive track record in retail operations and strategy.
