Singer Sonu Nigam has refuted media reports alleging that stones and bottles were thrown during his performance at the Delhi Technological University's Engifest 2025. The renowned singer, known for hits like 'Kal Ho Naa Ho', stated that no such incidents took place.

Nigam took to Instagram to address the reports, sharing images and videos from the event. He clarified that the only disruption occurred when someone threw a vape onstage, hitting a member of his team. He emphasized that the event continued smoothly thereafter.

He jokingly remarked that the only object that made its way to the stage was a hairband. The singer urged attendees to maintain decorum to ensure the show proceeded without interruptions.
