Rajnath Singh to Mark International Yoga Day with Armed Forces in Udhampur

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has confirmed his attendance at the International Yoga Day celebrations in Jammu and Kashmir, set for June 21, where he will also engage with armed forces personnel at Udhampur Cantonment.

Singh revealed the itinerary through a post on social media platform X, expressing his eagerness to be part of the events in Udhampur. "Leaving New Delhi for Udhampur in Jammu and Kashmir. Shall attend the International Yoga Day celebrations tomorrow morning. Also, looking forward to interact with the Armed Forces personnel at Udhampur Cantt," he shared.

While Singh will be on a two-day visit to the Jammu region, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lead the primary International Day of Yoga celebrations in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
