The Rajasthan High Court has scheduled a hearing for September 22 on Salman Khan's appeal concerning his conviction in a blackbuck poaching case dating back to 1998.

The trial convicted Khan, imposing a five-year prison sentence in 2018, while his co-accused, including notable actors Saif Ali Khan, Tabu, and others, were acquitted.

The appeal was transferred to the high court to be jointly heard with the state's challenge against the co-accused's acquittal. Previously, the transfer faced delays due to technical issues.
